Delete your Larfam account
You can delete your account yourself at any time — on the web, on iPhone or on Android. Here’s how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete it
- On the webSettings → Security → Delete account
- On iPhoneSettings → Legal → Delete Account
- On AndroidSettings → Account → Delete account
Confirm once and it’s done: you’re signed out on every device. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
What gets deleted
Your personal data — name, email address, password and profile photo — is erased or anonymised within 30 days, and the account can’t be used to sign in again.
What stays with your family
Events, tasks, lists and notes you shared with your family stay available to its other members, no longer linked to your name. If you own the family and want everything removed — including the document vault — delete the family first (Settings → Delete the family).
We may keep a minimal set of records where the law requires it — for example, billing records kept for tax purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it first — on the web in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed on your phone.
Can’t sign in?
Email info@larfam.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
